Each product has its dispatch time established, we ship according to the availability of the product established on our website. The warehouse ships during business days from Monday to Thursday. All times are in the GMT -5 time zone.
Our modules and Cases are made by hand to guarantee high quality, which is why our deliveries can take up to 30 calendar days depending on inventory availability.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email. It is not possible to make any changes to your order after youreceive a tracking number.
SHIPMENTS IN COLOMBIA
At ZanySignals, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Once your product is ready for dispatch, we'll promptly inform you of the specific courier company handling your nationwide shipment within Colombia.
On Non-Colombia orders:
When shipping internationally, it is important to understand the duties and taxes which may apply to your shipment.
Paying duties, taxes, and other fiscal charges is the receiver's responsibility. The price on the website doesn't include any additional charges that may take place during delivery.
We offer DHL Express shipping options on all international orders to the US and select countries, exact costs are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has been marked as successfully delivered based on the tracking information, but the customer has not received the item, we kindly request the customer to follow the steps below before applying for a refund or requesting a replacement:
- Customers are advised to contact the local post office or the delivery carrier directly to inquire about the situation. They may be able to provide additional information or assist in locating the package.
- Please note that in some cases, ZanySignals reserves the right to request the filing of a police report before proceeding with a refund or sending a replacement. This measure is taken to ensure the validity of the claim and protect against potential fraudulent activity.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at ondas@zanysignals.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS

(1) A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
(2) Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
(3) Eligibility Conditions: Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, ZanySignals reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. ZanySignals can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
(4) Defective or Damaged Items: Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same
model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
(5) Refunds: In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (NOTE: This doesn't include the cases where customers bought our devices knowing the fact that there's no compatibility).
(6) Return Policy After 7 Days Of Receiving: We encourage you to think clearly before purchasing if a refund was asked after placing the order, since the PayPal fees have been charged, the PayPal fees will be deducted from the amount when we handle the refund on your behalf, only when it's before the shipment, hope that's understandable.
(7)Limited Liability: ZanySignals is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. ZanySignals is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
(8) Order: If the product has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order unless the customer pays for the cost of sending the package back. Individual áreas may require customers to work with customs clearance, otherwise the goods will be returned or destroyed due to being overdue, and incur high costs. Please note that if you do not handle customs clearance, our company will not take any responsibility or bear the cost.
